• What is Coupon feature?

You can now book and redeem Coupons to get more rewards for certain products that are promoted in Snapcart Coupons.

Each coupon is specified uniquely for a product brand with its packaging size and variant, along with the amount of rewards that will be rewarded per coupon redemption.

You will have to book the available coupon first. The reward will then be rewarded upon redeeming the coupon by snapping a receipt containing the promotional product that matches your booked coupon.

Important things to note:

1. You can find all your booked Coupons in the Booked Coupon tab. Each of your booked coupon will only last for 24 hours since the booking time.
2. If you don’t redeem the booked coupon in 24 hours, you will have to re-book the coupon again to redeem it (provided that the Coupon is still available and not yet expired).
3. All Coupons are only available for a limited period. Each coupon may have different period of availability. Once a coupon is expired, it will no longer be able to be booked.
4. There is no limit as for how many different kind of coupons you can book. However, please keep in mind that each coupon may have its maximum purchase product promotion redemption limit per user.
5. Some Coupons may also have minimum purchase product promotion criteria for the coupon to be redeemed.
6. Your snapped receipt must have the detail information of the pack size of the products being promoted in your booked coupon. If the receipt does not print any information of the pack size of the product, our system could not recognize your purchase and you will not receive the rewards.
7. Having a coupon booked does not guarantee that you will be eligible to fully redeem the coupon. 
8. As long as the coupon quota is still available, you will still be able to redeem your coupon completely. However, if the quota of the coupon has already run out by the time you snap your receipt containing the promotional product, you will not be eligible to get the cashback any longer. Therefore, make sure that you redeem your booked coupon quickly before the coupon quota runs out and stay ahead of other users!

• How to book the Coupon?

STEPS FOR BOOKING COUPONS:

1. Open Snapcart App
2. From the home screen, click on the “More” tab

3. Click on the “Coupon” icon

4. Click on the “Available Coupon” tab to see what Coupons are available
5. To book a Coupon, click on the plus (+) sign next to the Coupon, or

6. See the Coupon details first by clicking on the product

7. Then, click on the plus (+) sign next to the Coupon to book the Coupon

8. You have now successful booked the Coupon. Why not book some more?

9. Snap your receipts as usual. You will receive Cashbacks for products matching your booked Coupons

10. You will receive your Cashback shortly after. Make sure to check your notification to see if you have received the Cashback

• What will be my next step after I booked the Coupon?

After successfully booking a Coupon, you will see the coupon that you have booked in your ‘Booked Coupons’ tab. You can then proceed to redeeming your coupon by snapping a receipt which contains the promotional product that matches the coupon that you have previously booked. Once you have snapped it, the Coupon will automatically be applied, and you will receive your reward.

How to redeem your Coupon:

1. Open your Snapcart application
2. Tap on the snap button to start snapping the receipt containing the promotional product that you purchased
3. Snap your receipt
4. Done! Once the system has finished processing your submitted receipt, you will directly be rewarded from your applied coupon!
