What is Coupon feature?

You can now book and redeem Coupons to get more rewards for certain products that are promoted in Snapcart Coupons.

Each coupon is specified uniquely for a product brand with its packaging size and variant, along with the amount of rewards that will be rewarded per coupon redemption.

You will have to book the available coupon first. The reward will then be rewarded upon redeeming the coupon by snapping a receipt containing the promotional product that matches your booked coupon.

Important things to note:

1. You can find all your booked Coupons in the Booked Coupon tab. Each of your booked coupon will only last for 24 hours since the booking time.
2. If you don’t redeem the booked coupon in 24 hours, you will have to re-book the coupon again to redeem it (provided that the Coupon is still available and not yet expired).
3. All Coupons are only available for a limited period. Each coupon may have different period of availability. Once a coupon is expired, it will no longer be able to be booked.
4. There is no limit as for how many different kind of coupons you can book. However, please keep in mind that each coupon may have its maximum purchase product promotion redemption limit per user.
5. Some Coupons may also have minimum purchase product promotion criteria for the coupon to be redeemed.
6. Your snapped receipt must have the detail information of the pack size of the products being promoted in your booked coupon. If the receipt does not print any information of the pack size of the product, our system could not recognize your purchase and you will not receive the rewards.
7. Having a coupon booked does not guarantee that you will be eligible to fully redeem the coupon. 
8. As long as the coupon quota is still available, you will still be able to redeem your coupon completely. However, if the quota of the coupon has already run out by the time you snap your receipt containing the promotional product, you will not be eligible to get the cashback any longer. Therefore, make sure that you redeem your booked coupon quickly before the coupon quota runs out and stay ahead of other users!
