Why the amount of money transferred to my bank account is different than the amount of money I cashed out inside the app?

The amount of money stated in the app before you processed to cash out via bank transfer is included the transfer fee.

Here are the list of bank transfer fee for all countries :

- Indonesia = Rp 3.000

- Philippines = 20 PHP - 40 PHP

*for Philippines users - please be informed that there will be an additional fee of around 125 PHP from the bank receiver outside Manila.
